The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.
The Line graph gives information about how the people delivered questions in one city within the first semester of the year and specific questions about tourism.
We are able to see that these people could answer the enquiries by telephone, by letter or email and in person. First of all, at the beginning of the year, the most popular way to give an answer was by telephone, five hundred more than in person. Secondly, in February all the communication start to change and the difference between three kinds of answering was one hundred. The big transformation was in June, the last month of the research, answers by letter or email were the least wanted with a huge difference from the most wanted that was in person.
According to the line graph, the preference changed during the months, so started in January with the choice by telephone and in June the most popular method was in person.
