Overall, it can be seen that enquiries of information in person and enquiries of information by telephone increased, while the other enquiries of information by letter/email decreased over the period shown.

Looking at the chart in more detail, it is evident that the number of enquiries in person increased from about 400 in January to about 1700 in June. which the highest of the chart. In contrast, the number of enquiries by letter/email decreased from about 750 in January to about 390 in June.

Turning to the remaining one data set, it can be seen that the number of enquiries by telephone which was inquired started approximately 900 in January, and grew 1600 over the six-month period in 2011.
