Overall, the number of enquiries in person and by telephone show an upward trend. The reverse pattern can be seen in the quantity of enquiries by letter or email.

In January, although the number of enquiries in person started at the lowest point, around 400, which was 500 lower than that of telephone, it experienced sharply rise to the highest point at 1900 at the end of the survey. Such similarity can be seen in the number of enquiries b telephone, the quantity of enquiries started off 900- the first rank . Though this figure witnessed slightly decline, it rebounded and soared to 1600 in june.

in contrast, in january the quantity of enquiries by letter or email hold the second rank, at 800. This figure declined steeply to 700 in the first quarter before plummeting to its rock bottom and leveling off in the last two months.
