The graph below shows the number of enquiries recieved by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.
The graph below shows the amount of investigation received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over 6 months started in January 2011 with 3 different methods as in person, by letter, email and by telephone.
It can be seen from the graph that the number of requests they received in person and by phone tended to increased between January and June in 2011 , however, the amount of requests by letter or email decreased over time.
Firstly, in January 2011, appeals in person which the Tourist Information Office received was about well over 400 then it rose rapidly and steady and hit the 1200 mark in April 2011, but it did not stop there, it grew to the peak around 1900 requests in June and became the highest number of 3 methods. Besides, the number of entreaties by telephone increased about 700 requests in the first 6 months of the year from 900 to 1600, but there had time it declined, it was February and and leveled off in April.
Secondly, opposite to the other 2 methods, the number of petitions by email or letter send to the Tourist Information Office tended to decreased. It fell from just over 800 to under 400 requests. It declined sharply between March and May, it was about 250 requests then had a plateau.
