The line chart depicts visitors who had a journey to a Caribbean island from 2010 to 2017.
Overall, the total number of tourists rose over the period of 7 years. The figure for staying on the island was the lowest in 2010, the reverse pattern was seen in the end of the period.
According to the graph, the people staying on the island was stable for one year then increased steadily in 1.5 millions during the following years, though it experienced a marginal dip in 2016. Meanwhile, the ones who desired to stay on cruises in 2010 took the minority of just only a quarter of a million, then it skyrocketed after a tiny dip in 2021, then finally reached its peak in the end ( with million and a half tourists ). The most noticeable feature is that until 2015, the figure for sleeping in ships was always lower than its comparing figure, then it took the majority for the rest two years.
The total number of visitors in 2010 was only a million, with over three-fourth of them chosen to stay on ships. Until 2017, the number steadily increased, finally reached three million and a half, and the majority figure saw an opposition, when the ones decide to stay on island took over a half.
