The graph allows us to see the number of tourists coming to a specific Caribbean island from 2010 to 2017.
Overall, the quantity of tourists who stayed on cruise ships completely outranked those who stayed on island itself during their visit in 2017.
From 2010 and 2017, the total number of visitors grew rapidly as it began at 1 million in 2010. The line reached its peak in 2017 with numbers 3.5 million. Similarly, in 2010, the figure of visitors who stayed on cruise started at approximately. 0.30 million, then went up to 0.5 million in 2011. Till 2017, it produced a rigid increase with 2 million visitors.
In contrast, the number of tourists stayed on island was 0.70 million in 2010 and it did not change until 2012. However, it reached its highest point during 2013 and 2014 showing 1.5 million. It is clear that most people changed their minds and chose to stay on cruise ships after 2015 as the number of visitors staying on island decreased to 1.25 million in 2016. But it rose again in 2017 to 1.5 million.
