The bar chart illustrates the rate of people who love cinemas in a European country in the timescale of 3 years from 2003,2005, and 2007.
Overall, most people showed their interest in going to cinemas on weekends while Monday to Thursday were the quiet time in the industry.
Look at the bar chart for more detail, we can see that Saturday was the most favored time for individuals to go to cinemas in 2003, at 40%, which was 10% higher than that of Sunday and Friday at the same year. The prominent feature was that the rate of cinema lovers chose Friday to visit cinemas remained stable throughout the remainder of time, at 30% in 2005 and 2007. Saturday continued to take the lead in the following years, 45% (in 2005) and 42% (in 2007) while people showed less interest in cinemas on Sunday, at 34% and 31% respectively.
From Monday to Thursday, there was a slight fluctuation. In 2003, the rate of cinema lovers on Thursday was 23%, which was over twice as much as that of Monday, at 10%. In 2005, this trend maintained steady, roughly at 14% from Monday to Thursday while 2007 experienced a significant variation, with its rock bottom was at 9% on Wednesday and its peak at 19% on Tuesday and Thursday.
