The graph below shows a typical American and a Japanese office Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and comparisons where relevant

Given are the two layouts delineating two seperate kinds of typical offices in Japan and America.
Perceptibly, there is a difference between the Eastern and Western in management. The layout of Japanese office contains shared rooms encouraging collaboration, while American office dignifying individualism has private space for each staff member.
When it comes to the common office in Japan, it just has one window in the north. Evidently, it is a smart choice to arrange the department manager's space on the top of the office where he can witness all of the activities of his workers. Furthermore, two sets of rectangular tables with six chairs each occupy most of the space. Each separate section is monitored by a manager. With this arrangement style, Japanese officers can easily discuss with others throughout the working period.
In terms of the American one, there are two fixed windows situated at two sides. The area for staff, which has two columns and four chairs each, accommodates at the middle of this layout. To be more specific, in the East, section manager and department manager are divided into three different rooms. On the other side, compared to Japanese, office equipment such as: printer copier and storage are added to be of assistance to officers in working, and two conference rooms where the debates between workers take place without disturbance.
