The graph reveals, about the drinking habit of US people according to their age.
Overall, as shown in the graph, the percentage of non-drinkers are high in almost every age group , while, heavy drinkers are lowest.
In details, the majority of heavy drinkers are in the age between 35 to 54, with over 10%, although, the younger people (16 to 24 age group) and old age group (65-74) are in the least rank with approximately 5% and 3% respectively.
Likewise age group from 25 -34 contain the high level of light drinkers and 65-74 age group have lowest percentage with around 34% and 5% respectively.
As coming to ex-drinkers, the old age (64-74) are the highest ex-drinkers with about 40% and age from 25-34 remain lowest with almost 5%.
As depicts by graph, the large proportion of US population are non-drinkers with sufficient percentage(around 60%) from the young age group (16-24), while,, 65-74 age group is the lowest with approximately 43%, similarly, there is no more fluctuation on others age groups too.
