Overall, there are main seven steps on bricks manufacturing from digging to delivery to construction site.
In details, in first step, manufacturer starts digging clay with the huge digger as per requirement, than, clay was filtered with metal grid. Afterward, with the help of roller coaster, clay was transported to the place where, it was well mixed with sand and water. In next step, the mixture of sand, clay and water was given a shape of bricks with the help of mould or wire cutter, while, in this step you get the raw bricks with shape. In forth step, raw bricks are kept in drying oven up to 48 hrs, than transfer them in kiln for heating process. In this process, bricks are heated in 80 degree centigrade to 1300 degree centigrade, to make them dry. After heating process, bricks are shifted to cooling machine for 48 to 72 hrs. As, cooling process is the last process of bricks manufacturing, afterward, process of packaging start and well packaged bricks are deliver to required site with lorry.
