The line graph represents the data about the female worker`s percentage in European countries` parliament from 2000 to 2021.
Overall, the percentage of women who worked in Italian and the United Kingdom’s parliament are considerably increased over the twelve years, however, the percentage of employed women in the parliaments of France, Germany and Belgium slightly increased.
Regarding France, Germany and UK female workers` percentage, in the beginning of the new millennium it was 25%, approximately 35% and 5%, respectively. Until 2012, there was a steady increase in the proportion of employed women in Germany and France, conversely, the rate of working women in the United Kingdom rose sharply to about 25%.
Turning to Italian and Belgium female workers` percentage, in 2000 it was more than 25% and 15% respectively. Then, until 2012, there was a stable growth in the ratio of both countries. For comparison, in 2012, the rate of Belgian female workers decreased from about 25% to more than 20%.
