Overall, the process will start with cacao trees that are adopted in some coutries and end with pressing material produced.There are ten essential steps that have to be done carefully so that the chocolate will be produced sucessfully.
At the begining of the cycle, that the cacao trees which contain ripe red pods are cultivated in some countries like South America, Africa or Indonesia. After the harvest of the pods , farmers will collect white cocoa beans inside them.Then bean wiil be fermented in a tray and spreaded in sun with the purpose of hanging out. When the pods are dried , workers will put them in couple of large sacks and use train or lerry to transport to factory.When arrived , beans have to be roasted in high temperature from 300 to 350 c .After that stages, beans are going to be crushed by a machine and outer shell is removed.Entering the final stage,interior part in beans will be pressed in order to produce liquid chocolate.
