the give line graph illustrates the ridership of four types of transportation forms’ changes each month in a Europe metropolitan area after 1980 and predicts these patterns up to 2030.

Overall, there was 3 top means of transportations which are used by passengers at the beginning of the period, those are subway, tram and bus .Bike share, on the other hand, appeared many years later . Obviously, the figure for bus witnessed a considerable stability with expectation for a slight drop.

Looking at the chart for more details, Subway is the main means of conveyances in this area , it accounted for the highest number at 2,5 million of commuters in 1980. While the the bus and tram used by about 1.5 million and 0.5 million people respectively . In 20 years later , the number of passengers travelled by subway as well as tram experienced a slow rise . However, the opposite was true for bus. the number of Commuters catching a bus slightly fell down throughout the fisrt 2 decades . Another considerable thing in the year 2020 is that people started to cycling to work although this number was very small , less than 0.5 million people.

According to the current prediction, subway will still be the dominant means of transport used by british passengers in this metropolitan area . it is likely to continue increasing even more stronger than now or in the past. Moreover passengers are expected to prefer using tram and tend to put this transportation form in use more and more until 2030. There are also a climb in the number of commuters traveling by bike but it is insignificant. In contrast, estimations reveal that bus will lose its popularity among of all the upward trend .

Unlike those two countries, the production of co2 emissions in Greece had a remarkable growth to touch the highest point at around 6 metric tons in 2015. Likewise, Spain kept releasing the gas until its co2 emissions increased to nearly 8 at the end of the period.
