The line graph below shows the percentage of tourists to England who visited four different attractions in Brighton

The given line graph compares four different attractions in Brighton based on popularity between 1980 and 2010, at five-year intervals. Looking at the illustration, it is immediately evident that the pavilion recorded the largest figure most years, whereas the opposite was true for the pier. Additionally, almost all sites witnessed dramatic changes in visitor attendance rates, except for the festival.
In the first year, the festival topped the list of four attractions at 30%, approximately 6% higher than the corresponding figure of the pavilion. Compared with these two, the share of attendees of the art gallery was slightly smaller at 20%, which is double the figure for the pier. By the year 1995, the proportion of attendees of the pavilion had reached a peak at just under half the share of the visitors to Brighton, nearly 50%.
In 2010, despite a plunge in attendance rate, the pavilion stood at the biggest number in that year (around 30%). While the proportion of travelers of the pier had grown nearly doubled to just above 20%, the figure for the art gallery declined substantially to just below 10%. Meanwhile, there was stable in the proportion of the festival at 30%
