The line graph compares the rate of tourists to Scotland who visited the Aquarium, Castle, Zoo and Festival from 1980 to 2010.
Overall, from 1980 to 2010 the number of people traveling to Scotland to visit Castle and Zoo grew slightly while the figures for the Aquarium and Festival decreased minimally.
In 1980, Zoo was the most unknown attraction with only 10% of visitors. After this time there was some fluctuations before it witnessed a gradual increase to about 20% in 2010. The Festival was the best place for visitors to Scotland at the first year of the period with the starting point of 30%, ranking the highest out of the four places; however, during the period of 30 years this business was not favorable. There was a serious decrease, reaching a final figure of under around 20% in 2010.
Turning to the other two attractions, The number of travelers who paid a visit to the Aquarium was 20% in 1980. In 1985, there was a rapid growth to a peak of about 35% in 1995 before decreasing significantly to under around 10% in 2010. The percentage of visitors who came to Castle rose dramatically in the period of 15 years. It rose from around 23% in 1980 before reaching a peak of 45% in 1995. In 2010, this figure declined slightly to about 35% at the end of the period.
