The line graph shows thefts per thousand vehicles in four countries between 1990 and 1999.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and making comparisons where relevant.

The graph illustrates the data of burglars per thousand cars in 4 different nations in the period of time from 1990 to 1999.

As can be seen clearly from the chart, the amount per thousand vehicles stolen in great britain outnumbered the rest from the beginning until the end of 1999, while that in the last three nations fluctuated erraticly apart from sweden- the only figure witnessed an upward trend.

Having started all below 10 which is about 7, the cases of thefts counted per thousand automobiles in Canada took a nosedive and bottomed at approximately 5% during 1993, then soon regained to nearly 6%- still under its initial level. Likewise, those in France launched at more than 5%, and considered to be the lowest ratio of crimes per thousand vehicles. From 1990 onwards, cars had been stolen, counted per thousand rose and fell marginally, reaching a peak at nearly 8% in 1991 and 1995, before tailing off in the end at the same point with that in Canada.

At the number of carjackings per thousand, sweden and great britain made a huge gap by a ratio of about 1:2. It soon closed the gap due to the ceaseless leap by sweden's figure, and the downswing of auto thefts in great britain during the period of time between 1996 and 1999. those two ended up at around 14 and above 15 respectively.
