Overall, because of the appearance of the new power dam, the area of the forest and the farmland had completely disappeared only in a span of 20 years.
In 1990, there was an ancient structure and a forest with rare flora and species located at the west of the river, and in the east area, there was a village and irrigated farmlands. However, with the construction of the hydroelectric power dam, those features disappeared and gave a place for electric towers on both sides of the river except the villages.
Looking at the maps for more details, a new lake and a large hotel were built in the far east from the river in 2010. To build the new lake, the river flow was interrupted by mountains. A huge hotel was constructed next to the fishing lake for commercial purposes.
