Dear Sir or Madam, recently in the district where i live and a lot of people near by have had the same problem, in general every so often they lose internet connection in a house. The documents could not be downloaded and even working online in a programs does not work properly.
With this in mind, people who do the same work as me and have to do their work directly through the internet are needed it well working twenty-four hours in a day. Otherwise while lack of internet connection, they lose their income and can not even make a simple action with credit cards.
Accordingly i write this report to your compony with a big hope and confidence of your good reputation, that solving of this problem will not take long time. Besides, i would like you to check conditional of the internet wire between the houses, because of recent works have been done in the ground.
