Ages 25 to 54 individuals have the same ratings of priorities that they consider when purchasing houses. Their main consideration is crime rate whic had the highest percentage compared to other factors with almost above 80% on all ages. It is followed by availability of schools in the area with above 50% rating for ages 25 to 44 but this decreases as people get older with only 30% in ages 45 to 54. Older adults, ages 55 to 64, however, rate it as their 3rd priority with less than 25%.
Shopping facilities rank 3rd in importance among the group of individuals except for ages 55 to 64 which considers it as their 2nd factor to considered. Parks and public transport follow with less than 15% for ages up to 45 to 54 but it increases up to 20% as the people ages.
