The given pie charts demonstrate three distinctive elements, which are carbohydrates, protein and fat, including in three different eating plans for normal people, the individuals with healthy lifestylenand the sport players.
Overall, the figure for carbohydrates always rank first in all the examined methods, while fat is the ingredient which is consumed at least by all given groups of humans. Another noticeble point is that habitants playing sports need a wider range of carbohydrates which is the main energy for doing sports and also regenerating their power for other daily activities.
Regarding carbohydrates, the rate of this subtance for gymers and sportpersons is the highest, standing at 60%, which is dramatically higher than that of average and healthy diet, at 40% and 50% respectively. Moreover, protein is the nutrient, accounting for a quarter of athletes' eating diet, which is the smallest of all examined diagrams.
