The pie charts below compare the percentage of five kinds of books by the booksellers in three age group in 1972,1992 and 2012
Its clear that people are having a unstable taste in books, by having a look at biography for example it has drooped from a fifth in 1972, to less than the fifth in 1992 ,and it got worse in 2012 by reaching 0.8 percent .
In 1972 just less than the fifth of the readers chose the travel section ,while the same kind dropped in 2012 to become one in ten , but in 1992 it raised to a fifth which show us the people are having different taste from one generation to another .
The adult fiction was not having that much attention in 1972 ,until out of the blue in the last decade it risen to be more than two fifth in 2012 , while at the same time the children fiction it was more than the fifth in 1992 and it increased to be just less than under the third in 2012 .
