The pie charts show the destination of export goods in three countries in 2010.
The pie charts compare three different nations, namely Argentina, Mexico and Chile, in terms of the percentage breakdown of export merchandises in the 2000 year.
Looking at the graph, it is immediately obvious that the large majority of Mexico's exports were to the USA, while Argentina and China's goods were distributed more evenly amongst other countries.
From the charts, it can be seen that Argentina and Chile's export trend were almost identical, with the bulk of their exports going to other Latin American regions, at 38% for Argentina and 31 % for Chile. Meanwhile, 26% of the total of Argentina's exports went to European, 16% to the USA and the remaining 20% to the other territories. Similarly, Chile's exports consisted of 30% to European, 18% to the USA, and 21% to the other areas.
In contrast, the primary export market in Mexico was the USA, at 62%. The rest of the exports from Mexico to European, other Latin American and other countries were at 6% respectively.
