The conferred pie charts demonstrate the availability of nutritions in medium baked potato and macaroni.

Medium baked potato contains carbohydrates more than one third which is followed by protein that consists 25% that renders more benefits while over the half carbohydrates occur in the macaroni and protein carries 11% nutrition. Macaroni has also same proportion of glucose as protein has.

Medium baked potato provides 15% nutrition in both glucose and other nutrients. This percentage is 10% higher than macaroni's other nutrients. Saturated fat in medium baked potato and macaroni is 10% and 21% respectively.

Overall, it is manifest that medium baked potato has more nutritions than that of macaroni because it has more protein, other nuitrients and glucose as compare to macarony. The consistency of carbohydrates and saturated fat in macaroni is far higher than medium baked potato.
