Overall, it can be seen that Ashford now become modernized then before, some of the important changes and development have been done which was needed in 2010 as well.
Talking about two of the major changes which are done in Ashford. Firstly, the bridge is constructed on the river tam because previously to go from east side to west, people need to wait for the ferry to come back from the other side. Secondly, looking at the southern side which was empty in 2010, now has introduced a yacht marina for local people and for tourist attraction.
Moreover, there are some more significant changes to see that on the west side, they have planted more trees as well as look up to the north right to the river tam, there were fewer accommodations in 2010 but now there are many houses and flats are available.
