Overall, the size and location of the park has remained the same, but it has now become more developed, offering better facilities for both adults and children.
A big fountain in the middle of the park has been demolished and replaced by a square rose garden surrounded by seats. To the left of it, there used to be a stage for music performances. However, this stage has been turned into a larger amphitheatre, which is currently a venue for concerts. Another development is a water feature in the south-east of the park in the place of the previously standing rectangular glasshouse.
While the northern-east part was a quiter place with a rose garden and a large pond for water plants, this has changed following the construction of a cafe and a playgroung for children beside it. The undergound parking lot has been built in the bottom right corner making it easier for people to visit the park.
