Process Chart
The process of manufacturing instant noodles are illustrated in given process chart. Process contains eight different sections starting with row materials transportation until packaging and labelling.
First of all, flour for noodles come in truck, which will fill the storage silos. After that storage silos are being emptied into the mixer as per requirement criteria, as water and oil is also being added to mixer. Moreover, now dough which is generated from the mixer is being rolled into a thin sheet by adjoining rollers to the mixer. Dough sheet then passed through cutter and dough strips are generated. Furthermore, a group of dough strips are being rolled on a plates and becomes noodles discs.
Now, these noodles discs than put into the oil and left it there for sometime to cook, then it will be removed and put it on plate for drying purpose. After drying these noodles they are being transferred into the cups along with vegetables and spices. The cups are then being labelled and sealed in the last section of the whole process and then off to sell in the market.
To conclude this, the process of manufacturing noodles is quite easy process.
