process of Pe'uh raw tea and ripe tea

In general, there are 2 main stages in the process of making 2 types of tea, starting from frying with a pan, and after completing, 2 products will be obtained: Pu-erh ripe tea and ancient Pu-erh raw tea.
In the Pu-erh ripe tea, there must be many steps. First, the leaves are put in a large pan to be fried and lose the enzymes. The leaves are rolled and dried under the sunshine in the second step. Then, they are transformed into loose raw tea and go through fermentation by mold and become Loose ripe tea. Finally, they are compressed and turned into Pu-erh ripe tea.
To make Raw tea, they need to take 3 steps. After compressing from Loose raw tea to Pu-erh raw tea, they are brewed by storage and become vintage Pu-erh raw tea. The process of making raw tea look like simple compared to ripe tea.
