Amid the ever-changing life in 21st century, there are many people are faithful to an invariable life. On themcontrary, the others still keep their stand that the true value of life is to dedicate their whole life for seeking a suitable job in spite of difficulties. In the sphere of this essay, I will discuss both pros and cons of these views mentioned above.
On the one hand, a stable job is an option few argues with those who are in middle age, especially the generation X, because of its safety. it is undenied that repetitive tasks are extremely bored to the youth, vice versa, are considered to be an important duty to the generation X that they want to pay almost attention to build their home thank to a stable job. Furthermore, many fields require the elders due to they have more resistance, patience and experiences than the youth. Universities or hospitals for examples, the elders with well-experience are prioritized rather than others because they play important roles in both works and convey experience.
On another hand, the young generation is attracted by full-challenged job because they all desire to learn and taste more experiences. Besides, they believe that they only live once, therefore they dedicate their life to chase a suitable job to endeavor by their whole life. Though it is a desperate game which cause bad consequences for them, they consider that risk is a precious opportunity to develop. To have a stable job in the middle age, mostly the young generation need to overcome this difficult time. Nowadays, thanks to this context, a huge number of artistic designs ignited by the unlimited creations of the youth which have contributed to change global mind.
In conclusion, human only stick with their job by whole life once they’re beloved this job. I believe that dedicated to find a suitable job is not a nonsense for all the youth even they failed repeatedly. At least, the job I satisf is hardly make me bored since I came to the middle age
