The table provides information about the number of enrolments at Manchester University in 1947,1967,2017.
Overall, the number of enrolments increased with an increase in the year. Although there was a slight decrease in the percentage of female enrolments in 1967, a noticeable increase has been observed in 2017. In addition, the percentage of enrolments far from Manchester and overseas enrolments got higher as the year's pass.
Growth in the total number of enrolments was observed as the year's increase, accounting to 327,1133,6254 in 1937, 1967, 2017 respectively. A modest decrease in the number of the enrolled female candidate was observed in 1967 when compared to 1937, accounting to 35%,45% respectively, however, a considerable increase was seen in 2017, to 55%.
On the other hand, the number of enrolments of more than 40 miles far from Manchester increased as the year increases, accounting to 55%, 85%, 98% in years 1937, 1967, 2017 respectively. Furthermore, in 2017, 32% of the enrolments were international from 102 countries.
