Overall, the quantity of students enrolled that went up considerably from 327 to 6254 students over the course of 80 years (between 1937 and 2017). The proportion of students in term of female and overseas experienced remarkably while there is a strong decline in those about male and locality.
As can be seen from this table, the ratio of female and male students commenced, being 45% and 55% respectively in the first stage of the period (1937). Featuring a notable change, the percentage of male students transformed the last position with those female students (45% versus 55%).
It is surprising to note that British students started the any given years with 55% (1937) then it decreased gradually to the end of the given period with 1-2, which constituted for the lowest proportion in the percentage of students in Manchester United. To those students who came from abroad remained unchanged from 6% to 7% between 1937 and 1967 but rose dramatically to 32% over the period of 80 years from 1937 to 2017. As a noteworthy observation, the figure for locality plunged and reached at the bottom with 1-2% while those international students grew significantly to 32% at the end of the given period
