The united states has the highest percentage of women workforce is 46 percent. Followed by australia, japan and Sri lanka which is make up 42 percent, 41 percent and 37 percent respectively. while the number of workforce in egypt is the lowest nearly twice of America (20 percent).
Turning to employment at management levels, The united states is still the leading in five countries constituting 43 percent and close behind it is australia which is 41 percent. egypt and japan have a similar of percentage women managers is 12 percent. The most striking country is sri lanka which has 9 percent meant of only one woman for every nine men in the managers.
Overall, The united states and australia have the most balance both workforce and managers while gender difference is the greatest at management levels in Sir lanka.
