The table below shows some details about the number of people who visited the Ashdown Museum and their feeling before and after refurbishment.
Overall, the number of visitors who enjoy this place significantly increased, especially among the people who felt very satisfied. While dissatisfied people decreased dramatically.
Before the refurbishment, visitors who felt uncomfortable about this museum were the highest point in this survey with 40%, next to very dissatisfied with 10%. However, the proportion of positive feelings was only 45% with 30% satisfied and 15% being very satisfied. People who didn’t respond were about 5%.
The result after the rebuilding process is shown slighter situation. The figure then had illustrated the rate of excitement and very excitement reached a peak of 75% in total with the proportion of 40% and 35% respectively. In contrast, the figure for the number of dissatisfied people fell over a half to 15%, while the very disappointed people decreased 5%. People who didn’t comment remained the same at 5%.
