According to the table, the number of visitors to this museum increased slightly after it was remodeled. In addition, the figure of very satisfied responses grew significantly while the number of dissatisfied answers decreased dramatically.
It can be seen that the total number of travelers to the museum during the year before renovation was 74,000 and the survey at the same year also pointed out the very satisfied responses made up 15% which was nearly two times less than the figure in the year after refurbishment. Additionally, the rate of dissatisfied answers was 40% in the year before repair.
To be more specific, the figure of visitors to this museum increased slightly by 18,000 in the year after refurbishment. Moreover, the ratios of no response and very dissatisfied were the same in this year with 5% for each one. The percentage of dissatisfied responses also decreased noticeably to 15%.
