Overall, before the changes were made, the majority of visitors were dissatisfied, while afterwards, on the opposite, the main answer was satisfied'. That change is also reflected on the significant increase of visitors during the the same period. Moreover, In both time periods only a minority of people decided not to give any response.
First of all, not only a rise in 18.000 art enthusiasts visit the museum, but also there was a significant increase of 20% on the ones very satisfied (15 to 35%), while the satisfied group also had a minor rise of 10%, but reaching 40%, the majority of the population in study.
On the other hand, the dissatisfied group suffered the biggest drop from 40% until 15%. Moreover, the very unhappy ones with the museum also decreased but only by 5%, from the 10% before the changes. The individuals that didn't want to participate in the study, remained constant at 5%
