The tabular chart provides the information about six type leisure time activities enjoyed by both the genders in various age of groups in New Zealand. The data has been calibrated in percentage.
Taking a closer view of table, the most striking feature to be observed that age of 21-35, almost all men participate in basketball. Next, basketball followed by the baseball and football with 87 and 78%. Most of the men of 21 to 35 age preferred to sports games whereas rest of them took part in jogging and fishing respectively 48 and 32%. Eventually, near a quarter of old male play jogging and baseball.
Turning to rest of description, younger female least preferred to football, meditation and fishing where as one fifth of female took jogging and basketball. What is more, the same trend continued with some rise in jogging excepting meditation where a 5 percent rise was seen. The eldest women's most popular activity was meditation.
To encapulate, the table reveals that as the age progressed, both men and women took more interested passive with an exception of jogging.
