The given table depicts the data of digital devices, namely phone and computer, whih were owned by a thoudsand of people in 6 separate regions last 19 years.

It is clear that the residents in a small Europe country, which is called "Luxemburg" hold the largest figure of both mobile phones and PC totally. It can also be seen that city-dwellers bought more mobiles than computers in all enlisted countries.

According to the table, it was calculated that a majority of phones and PC were owned by Luxemburg's residents, which were 872 and 900 respectively. In contrast, only a small fraction of both devices were afforded by Chinese, which was only 35 in phones and 88 in the rest tool. Further more, South Korea is the fifth-highest devices' consumed country in the table, which was recorded 380 and 452 in the given order.

Looking at the same table, Italy is the second-highest country which contains the technological residents, and it was surveyed that 737 phones and 480 computers were bought by Italian. It is noticeable that Singapore is the only country which has the data of sold phones and PC remain stable, 684 phones and 690 PCs in particular. The remaining 586 smartphones and 452 laptops are allocated for 1000 German population in 2003, make it the third-least figure in the rectangle-shaped table.
