The table describes the percentagewise share of several mobile phone companies in the global market in the year 2005 and 2006.
Overall, in the both years, Nokia contributed to maximum share in worldwide mobile phone sales, while Benq mobile made the lowest contribution.
In the year 2005, nokia accounted for 32.5% share and it rose to 35% in 2006, being the largest share in global market. Similarly, Motorola’s sale was 17.7% in 2005 and after one year it increased to 21.1 %. The sale of Sony Ericsson was 6.3% in the beggining and had a1 % growth in the end.
However, sale of Samsung company declined to approximately 1% inthe successive years whereas sale of Benq mobile reduced to its half of its share. In the meantime, there was no major difference in LG mobile sales,it was almost same. Despites this, the other mobile phones company made up 19.2% share in 2005 and in 2006 their sale dropped to 16.2% eventhough, made a second major contribution in the share market.
