Overall, there are ten main stages in manufacturing ceramic pots. The first step begins with raw materials, after a professional production process, we have finished pots in the final stage.
First of all, clay is collected by cranes. These raw materials are delivered to the factories by trucks. In the ceramic pots factories, clay is cut into small pieces by crusher. Then it is mixed with water in big containers. At the next stage, the mixture is poured into moulds and after drying in 4-6 hours, assembled clay pots are taken out of the moulds.
Subsequently, assembled clay pots are put in ovens at 1000 degrees Celsius. Following that is dipping assembled pots in colour. Afterwards, they are continue to be fired in the ovens to make the colour brighter and more glossy. Finally, finished pots are ready to leave the factory and to be sold in the market
