My name is Manish and I am wriritng this letter to bring your attention towards the issues that I am facing because of inconsistency of the bus service, let me explain you ib detail.
I live near the Kingston bus station and I have always relied on the bus service for my travelling to and from my college, but from past two weeks there has been alot of probelms as the buses are getting cancelled or they arrive very late and due to this I am not able to reach my college on time affecting my studies.
It would be really helpful if the services could be improved as it was earlier or perhaps a notice stating the change in timings or intimation about the cancellation of buses beforehand could be really helpful as I will be able to plan my travelling time accordingly.
