The three pie chart above gives information about the changes in per year expending by local authorities in somewhere in several decades.
Generally, it is certain that the proportion of higher education dominants in each three charts, showing that authorities most concern think was that. However, environmental services account for just within 10 percent. From 1980 to 1990, figures for higher education, at exactly 35%, grow into 45% which is the highest for all spending. However, it experience little drop in 2000 but it had been highest amount of proportion during that time.
As we can see k-12 education was the second highest percentage in each per pie too. Also, it have modified a several time, beginning 1980. Interestingly, amount of health and transportation was the quite low, fluctuating within 25% while other barely made up 10 percent
Overall, it is certain that local authorities much more consider about education rather than transportation, environmental services and even health and human resources.
