The diagram above indicates the stages and equipments used to make the matches. The matches first cut, prepared, dryed and put into several chemical before bring to the packing area.
In the first phase, the wood log has been used to peeled by the blade to form into a flat piece of wood called veneer. In this step, the veneer will be moved to the chopper to cut into a small piece of stricks.
In the next stage, this small sticks will be dip to a Ammonium Phosphate which is a flamable chemicals tank.
In the following phase, sticks will put into a hopper mare by metal duct. From the inside will have a blower to transport the stricks to the storage area.
In the final stage, the stricks will falled into shaped tunel which line them up to be inserted to a perforated steel belt. The chain will moved the strick to dip into several tank which are Paraffin wax. Based chemicals, tip chemicals tank. After that, the chain continuing to moved to dryed area and then moved to packing area process.
