Dear Mr smith,
I am I am writing this letter regarding the noise which is coming from the new canteen. It has just knew open at university residence. Although I am happy that we have this facility, the restaurants remains open up to midnight, and as a result there is talking, shouting and sound of motorbikes continues remaining until about 12:30 each night.
This causes me and my neighbours in the residence serious problem, Because at that time we are either during the to sleep, or in some case trying to study in our bedrooms. In both cases, the noise disturb us, making us tried in the morning or affecting the progress or our studies. I am sure you will appreciate that this is very worrying situation for us.
I would like to suggest that the campus authorities restrict the canteen’s opening to 11 pm at the latest on weekdays, leaving it at midnight during the weekend.
