Overall, there are three main stages involved in the fabrication of renewing glass products including the used glass collection, the industrial process, and the delivery to retail outlets.
The first stage is collecting glass from household or office recycle bins. Following that, the glass collection is transported to the treatment plan, preparing for the following processed stages.
The second stage begins with cleaning and sterilizing the glass in designated machines. These objects are then crushed and melted at high temperatures. After that, the recycled glass is transformed into liquid which is ready for the moulding stage. Afterward, this liquid is poured into a mold, allowing it to form customized shapes after cooling.
In the final stage, the new products are ready for different purposes and available for sale in supermarkets or shops. The process can be considered a closed loop as the cycle of glass products starts again at the same place where it begins.
