The graph below shows the number of overseas visitors to three different areas in a European country between 1987 and 2007

The line chart illustrates the number of foreigh tourists who had gone to three different types of geographical location in Europe from 1987 to 2007.
Overall, the most vistited area in both years is the coast. The amount of people visited lakes soared greatly for 15 years then dropped massively during till 2007. Mountains' tourists number rose steadily.
From 1987 to 1992, the number of overseas tourist came to European coasts reduced slightly by 5 thousand. Then, for the next 15 years, it increased immensely to 75 thousand people. Lakes on the other hand, were the least visited area, but they also rose significantly by 65 thousand until 2002. In the next 5 years, the number fell down to 50 thousand.
The mountains were visited by 20 thousand people in 1987. During the following 20 years, this number gradually climbed to 35 thousand tourists, which was the lowest amount in that year.
