birthday
Dear Mr. Wong,
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for the immaculate service and organising the unforgettable 90th birthday of my grandfather. I am very content with your service. The event was on 21st of February in the main ballroom. There were over 100 guests, mainly being elderly friends of my grandfather and a few younger family members.
I really appreciate the special attention given to the guests. The ballroom was conveniently accessible form the parking lot. Some of the guests that used wheelchairs were able to join with comfort thanks to the ramps located at the entrance. Additionally, the theme of the party was well thought of and comfortable seats made it relaxing for the guests to enjoy their time. The highlight of the night, was the food and people enjoyed it a lot.
Furthermore, I would like to thank your team for their adequate care, specially “Lily” who went out of the way and helped in making this event memorable.
I am now your loyal customer and I will surely recommend your hotel to my friends as well.
Yours sincerely,
