The flow chart illustrates the process in which waste paper is recycled through various steps.
Overall, it can be seen that this process includes six separate stages to turn the waste paper into the new one, beginning with the waste paper collection and ending with producing a vast amount of usable paper.
Loong the figure for more details, the first stage of the process begins with collecting waste paper from distinct locations, namely public paper banks, businesses. Next, the collected paper is totally graded and then the unsuitable paper for recycling is removed from the process in the manual sorting step. After delivering the paper to a paper mill by the company’s means of transport, people would clean, pulp and take out other material such as staples which are left from the sorting step before. At that point, it continues with the removal of inks and glues in order to prepare for the last step, which is putting the paper into the machine for manufacturing the whole brand new paper ready for use.
