Dear Sam,
I hope you are doing well. I am really glad that you decided to watch over my dog tommy for this weekend. I can’t thank you enough!
I will be back by 6 o’clock in the evening on sunday. While I am in the conference I won’t be allowed to pick up calls on my cellphone, you can call on the hotel reception desk (+1-123456) and ask for me if anything urgent comes up.
Anyways, I am relieved to know that you and tommy are already familiar each other. So that would not be an issue! Still let me tell you about his eating habits, his lunch time is at 11 o’clock in the morning and he loves to have pedigree and milk. He usually watches his favorite cartoon ‘XYZ’ on TV after lunch. Also, we usually go for evening walks around 5 PM.
You don’t need to worry about cleaning and other household chores. I would have already done those before leaving. I will make sure to stack up the fridge with ice creams and chocolates for you before I leave.
