Dear Trisha,
Hope you are doing keeping well, safe and sound and accomodating well in your new job. It's has been quite a long since we met last. I'm writing this letter to thank you for your gesture to my request for taking care of my cat while I am away for a business meeting for a week.
I'm departing on the 21st of October and staying there for a week and will be back by end of the week. Also, my business meeting will be held at hotel ramada and I will be staying there for a week. you already have my contact number. However, I will be available on my office number only during my office time and details for it I'm enclosing here for your reference.
I know you're well trained for taking care of pet animals. I'd really appreciate it if you're going to take care of its vaccine which I am giving twice a day as it was suffering from some disease for the last many days. Besides this, please take care of its beverage and food supplements requirements.
I'd like to thank you for your anticipation. There is no doubt that you are going to take care of my cat as your own. Hence, I've no worries now about my cat and I can attend my conference without any fear.
