Essay topics:

A friend you made while you were studying abroad has written to ask you for help in finding a job in your country. You have heard about a job in a local company that might be suitable for him/her.
Write a letter to this friend.

In your letter:

tell your friend about the job and what sort of work it involves
say why you think the job would be suitable for him/her
explain how to apply for the job

Dear John,
How have you been? It has been so long since we were last in touch. I am aware that you have been seeking for a job in my country since last year. British Petroleum is seeking for a person who knows several languages and has some experience in working with overseas customers. Sometimes you might be asked to translate some documents as well.

I know that before coming back to Azerbaijan you had been working in the USA for almost five years as an interpreter so you are quite experience in this field. In addition I am aware that you have always been interested in working in an oil company because of their high salary so it is your chance. Lastly, they have got a great free health insurance for their employees so you may benefit of it.
If you have become interested in it you can send your CV to company’s manager. I will send you his email later. By the way his name is Mr. Michael Smith. I hope that the information which I have given to you will be helpful.

I am looking forward to getting your response.
Best wishes,
Dean.
