Dear Alicia,
It's been almost a year, and we haven't met since our last holiday in the Maldives. It was really great to meet you on my last vacation in the Maldives, and somehow we become good friends.
Anyway, I received a letter last week from you that stated you'll be coming to my hometown for three weeks to meet your new clients. I was so delighted after hearing the news from you that we will be meeting again since we didn't get any chance to see each other for at least more than twelve months.
However, I'm writing today to invite you to stay at my house during your business trip to my city. I'll be happy if you'll be accepting my invitation to homestay at my place while you are on your business trip.
As you'll be coming in the next two months, I'll finish my project earlier and will take planned leaves in advance, so that, we could spend your free time together during weekdays. On weekends, I'll take you to the exquisite destinations nearby the city to explore the cultures and traditions of my country along with stunning views since you like seeing new places and the standard of living of locals. In addition, I'll ensure you that the food will be prepared according to your menu for the entire three weeks at my house as you do not like eating different cuisines.
Looking forward to meeting you soon.
Warm Regards,
Shain
